Complete a short intake
Country, dates, language preference, budget range, and any documents or photos that help us coordinate (totally optional).

DT reviews your request
Tasmia personally reviews every intake within working hours and asks any clarifying questions.

Provider & service coordination
We contact providers, drivers, hotels, clinics, or hospitals — and present clear, comparable options.
- Step 05
Pay the DT service fee
A simple Stripe link covers our coordination work. Provider fees are separate and paid per the provider's policy.

Track everything in the app
Request status, appointment confirmations, transportation notes, uploaded documents, chat messages, and reminders — all in one place.
