1. Service fees
Concierge service fees are non-refundable once coordination work has begun. “Coordination work” includes provider outreach, scheduling research, transportation arrangement, document review, or in-person assistant time.
2. Provider fees
Provider fees (e.g., hospital, clinic, driver, hotel) follow the provider’s own cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policy. DT does not control provider refund decisions.
3. Provider cancellations
If a provider cancels and DT is unable to arrange a comparable replacement, DT may offer a partial credit or refund at its discretion.
4. Customer no-shows and late cancellations
No refunds are guaranteed for customer no-shows, incomplete documents, late cancellations, or decisions made by third-party providers.
5. Disputes
Please raise refund concerns by replying directly in your chat or emailing us so we can review your situation promptly.
6. Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version applicable to your request is the version in effect at the time your payment was made.
