2. Nature of the Service

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to submit a paid request. If you are coordinating travel on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have authority to share their information with DT.
4. Requests and coordination
- You agree to provide accurate, complete information.
- DT may decline or delay requests at its discretion (e.g., if outside our scope or if required information is missing).
- Provider availability, pricing, and terms are set by the providers, not DT.
5. Payments
Service fees and deposits are payable via the payment links we issue. Provider fees (e.g., clinic, hospital, driver) are separate and paid per the provider’s policy.

7. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent use of the Service.
- No misrepresentation of identity, health information, or intent.
- No attempt to interfere with the Service, including reverse-engineering or unauthorized access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from the actions of any third-party provider.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
