- Contact information: name, country, email, phone, WhatsApp/LINE
- Travel information: city, arrival/departure dates, preferences
- Request details: service type, message, optional documents/photos
- Limited medical or dental context that you choose to share (e.g., reason for visit, symptoms)
- Payment metadata (handled by Stripe; we do not store card numbers)
2. How we use it
- To coordinate the service you requested
- To communicate with you about your trip
- To improve the Service
- To comply with legal obligations
3. Sharing
We share information only as needed to coordinate your request — for example, with providers, drivers, hotels, clinics, or on-the-ground assistants you have asked us to engage. We do not sell your information.
4. Storage & security
We use industry-standard infrastructure (Firebase / Vercel) and follow reasonable security practices. Medical and identity documents are not publicly accessible and are access-controlled to authorized staff.
5. Your choices
- You can request a copy of your data.
- You can request correction or deletion of your data.
- You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.
6. International transfers
DT operates from Thailand and may store data with providers in other regions. By using the Service, you consent to international transfer of your information.
7. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13. Adults may coordinate trips on behalf of minors in their care.
